President Aquino III said that a slew of infrastructure projects, including the newly-constructed P176 million Mompong Yapang Bridge, in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, will boost the province's attractiveness as one of the country’s top tourist destinations.

The President also stressed the government's plans to further provide programs to improve the educational system in the country.

The President also underscored the need to provide the people of enhanced health services. He, likewise, assured that the government is enhancing the conditional cash transfer program to help alleviate poverty.
